1. About the Service

We provide cross-border e-commerce software tools, including ERP management system, Chrome extension plugin, API integration and AI content generation functions. The Service is offered for business users. You confirm that you are acting for business purposes, not for personal consumer use.

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 3. Subscription & Payment

Some functions of the Service require paid subscription. All fees are stated on our pricing page. Invoices will be issued upon your request after successful payment. All payments are non-refundable except under conditions defined in our Refund Policy.
