Payment Guide

This guide describes the available payment methods, billing rules, invoicing process and payment related notes for our SaaS subscription and custom AI automation development services.

1. Available Payment Methods

We support multiple international payment options for business customers: - Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard) - PayPal - Bank wire transfer for large custom development orders Payment channels may vary depending on your country or region.

2. Billing Cycle

SaaS subscription plans are available on monthly or annual billing cycles. Monthly subscriptions will be automatically renewed at the end of each billing period. Annual subscriptions are charged once per year. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account dashboard. After cancellation, your service access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Invoicing

After successful payment, you can submit an invoice request in your account. Please provide your company name, address and tax information. We will issue the invoice and send it to your registered email.

4. Payment Security

We do not store your full card details on our server. All payment transactions are processed by secure third-party payment providers, following international data security standards.

5. Payment Failure

If your payment fails, please check your card balance, transaction limits or bank restrictions. You can try another payment method. Repeated failed payments may cause temporary suspension of your service subscription.
