Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscription fees, custom development service fees and other payments made to us for our ERP system, browser extension, API service and AI automation solutions. This policy is drafted to comply with EU consumer and commercial rules.

1. Subscription Services (SaaS)

Monthly or annual SaaS subscription fees are eligible for refund requests within 14 calendar days from the date of payment, provided that you have not made substantial use of the service. Substantial use includes bulk data import, API calls exceeding trial limits, or use of paid AI generation quota. After the 14-day cooling-off period, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refund will be issued for unused time in the billing cycle.

2. Custom AI Automation & Development Projects

Custom development projects follow milestone-based payment terms. - Before we start development: Full refund is available if you cancel the project. - After development has started: Only the portion of payment corresponding to unfinished work can be refunded. Work completed, including requirement analysis, design and coding, will be deducted from the refund amount. - Once the project is fully delivered and accepted by you, no refund will be provided.

3. Refund Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request in the following situations: - You violate our Terms of Service and your account is suspended or terminated. - You intentionally misuse the system, or cause damage to our platform. - The features you requested are delivered and work according to the agreed requirements. - Third-party platform fees, payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

4. Refund Request Process

To submit a refund request, please send an email to contact@jianrentangfyx.cn with your account ID, order number and reason for refund. We will review your request within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. The time for funds to arrive depends on your payment provider.

5. Policy Updates

We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the new policy.
